Helm360 has recently formalized two significant partnerships with two of the world’s leading suppliers of legal software.
The first, announced on April 5, 2017 was with IntApp. IntApp has achieved fantastic market presence over the last few years primarily because they have great products, like Integration Builder, that make it very easy to build point to point integrations in a customer base that has grown in system complexity significantly in recent times. Another reason for their success is their openness to engaging a with its partner network. IntApp were one of the first suppliers in the industry to focus on product sales and development vs service delivery. As a result, they have rapidly grown a large partner network that delivers on their behalf on a daily basis, globally.
The second, announced on May 3, 2017, was with Thomson Reuters Elite. Elite has long been known for their market leading business management solutions for law firms. Addressing all aspects of the market, they have done a great job of positioning ProLaw at the small law firm end of the market and solutions like Elite Enterprise and 3E addressing the needs of mid-market firms; all the way up to G100 firms. With the end of life for Elite Enterprise looming over its customers, Elite’s goal over the next few years is of course to retain those long term Enterprise customers and help them migrate from the Enterprise platform to either ProLaw or 3E. As such, partners like Helm360 will play a big part in making these migrations successful.
