Affordable and Flexible pricing models are available. The following pricing models are supported.

Time & Material Model

A Time and Material Model works for projects where initial scope, specifications, and implementation plans are not clearly defined. The Time and Material model allows for specifications to change based on shifting requirements and fluid business environments and processes.

The Time and Material Model is well suited for the scalable projects where team size and effort cannot be estimated accurately in advance. This model provides flexibility to scale up or down based on need.

Strict project management and reporting practices including task sheets are generated regularly for each specialist supporting the project. We work closely with our partner during each phase of development to ensure a comprehensive solution is developed in a timely fashion.

Process - To support the Time and Material structure, the client specifies the project and timeline for delivery. HELM provides the hourly fee for the effort and the resource requirements. An agreement is signed once the pricing model is agreed upon.

Costs - The cost depends on team size and required effort. Payments are made on a monthly basis.

Fixed Price Model

For projects where requirements, schedules, and timelines are thoroughly defined a Fixed Price Model can be supported. This model is useful for clients that have a clear initial project scope, detailed Software Requirements Specifications and comprehensive Requirements Documentation. HELM Analytics ™ works with you to define the required output at a mutually agreed upon fixed price based on scope and effort involved with the project.

Process - When the Software Requirements Specifications and comprehensive Requirements Documentation is received, HELM Analytics provides the time and cost quote for the project to the client. Once the pricing is approved the project can move forward.

Costs - A portion of the payment is made in advance, another installment is made at the delivery of the project, and the remaining balance is paid after user level testing and acceptance is completed. For large projects, the tasks as specified in the Software Requirements Specifications are divided into modules. Payment is made as each module is completed.

Dedicated Resource Model

For partners with a continuous requirement for technical resources we can support a Dedicated Resource Model. In this model we provide a dedicated resource for the client. We can also provide a team of resources that are always available to support system enhancements, bug fixes and maintenance. This team is always available for projects and immediate support.

Resources will follow the client's work policies and development methodology. HELM provides a project leader for the dedicated resource or team at no charge. The project leader has expertise in software development, project management and support. We ensure that projects are managed by a senior associate.

Process - The client provides requirement specifications. Once the documentation is received and an agreement is reached the support process can begin.

Trial Period - A 30 day trial period is launched. The client makes first payment at the end of the trial period. Upon satisfactory completion of the trial period the ongoing monthly support program is initiated.

Costs - Based on support requirements a fee is agreed upon and invoices are delivered monthly.
